I/dendi/tee Music Lyric T=shirts Review

There is a new company called i/denti/tee that opened for business in December 2008. They have partnered with EDUN Live, a project to create jobs in Africa, created by Bono and his wife, Ali Hewson, Hard Rock Café and iTunes who offer10 free downloads with each purchase!

Through their custom widget, they are also running a debate on site about what the best "I" lyric of all time, which you can imagine has gotten pretty heated. And their engineering some pretty cool data visualizations around the results from the debate. The widget was built it to get people talking about all kinds of music together.

At this time, there are 9 i/denti/tee t-shirts in production, however they are working on adding lots more. People can go to their website and add their favorite song lyrics that begin with "i"

After that, you can vote on which "i" lyrics make it to the next batch of i/denti/tee t-shirts that will go into production. My personal favorite already for sale looks like this - istillhaventfoundwhatimlookingfor - kinda makes you look at lyrics differently in a cool kinda way, doesn't it? All copyright issues become resolved through hard work to make sure all of our printed lyrics have been legally cleared by the publisher and that the shirts are sourced locally from Africa.
Users can pick from a pre-cleared set of lyrics (U2, Jay-Z, Coldplay, to name a few) or they can enter the music debate themselves by submitting their favorite lyric, garnering support for it, and getting it cleared to print and wear.

These efforts have created a new, responsible and ethical line of t-shirts that allow music lovers to express their passion for music by wearing their favorite lyrics on their chest. Inspired by a love for music and the lyrics of their favorite songs, i/denti/tee gives other people the opportunity to express themselves.

i/denti/tee has an opportunity to grow into something big. It's not only a fun project but also provides opportunity, which helps to heal our world. Imagine the t-shirt you would like to design. What song lyric means the most to you? What is the meaning and how does it relate to your life? I have hundreds of song "I" lyrics posted on my blog and feel free to add yours too.

Would someone who specializes in Acrostics still appreciate this poem? (Answers: 15) (Comments: 0)
A stalwart warrior in uniform with medals and fancy red trim, stood at attention with the best, his crisp salute addressing our flag. Steadfast warrior, still, his uniform today a Bob Marley tee, dreadlocks serve as his trim, special needs kids he stands with and leads. His salute now is with hand over heart, devoted to his Lord, this man who lives to continue to serve, inspires with his thoughts, words and deeds. How little he knows how he blesses us all with his fervid stance on righteousness. Speak on, my brother, my poet, my friend, speak on to those who will hear.

What "clique/type" am I? (Answers: 20) (Comments: 0)
Im not rlly into these but w/e im curious to kno. plz answer i appreciate it so here are the categories. O and im in HS Looks: Tall, skinny, brown sorta curly medium length loose hair. Im thinner but very defined and relatively muscular. I have greenish silver eyes. Clothes:In winter jeans, usually bootcut or sometimes baggy. Almost all of them are dark denim, gray or worn and tinted. I have a baggy pair of ripped light blue jeans to. I hav one pair of casual worn kakhi pants from AE. I were either a plain green kind of big hoodie or an off white tight fitting hoodie(its Kirra) and looks a little more skater. In summer i wear plaid shorts, usually the legit polo ones that real preps were and usually quite low and baggy. Kahki shorts or lax shorts to. I wear all kinds of shirts. I hav a gray ND football shirt, black Volcom shirt, white plain polo tee, a bob marley tee, a brown kinda hippie looking hurley shirt, a black and brown cypress hill tee, a blue nike 6.0 sorta skater athletic shirt and a few plain colored shirts (white, black and gray). I wear either a RVCA flat rim hat with a purplish blue cap and an orange rim and logo, gray flex fit White Sox hat backwards or a white meshed with brown cap adjustable Nike SB hat backwards. Music: Cypress Hill, Sublime, Bob Marley, Biggie Smalls, Pinback, Jack Johnson and Lil Wayne are the big artists i rlly listen to. Sports: Football (WR) and lax (D) for one of the best schools in the nation (in between 30-15). Life: Im realtively wealthy and am prlly the richest kid in my grade (not tryin to be cocky) but my town isnt a rlly great town and at the prep school i go to im on the lower end. For fun: I chill with kids that dress simiair to me and play similair sports. Some of the richer kids from the richer towns are more preppy and some of the kids from towns like mine r more skater. I do drink but only at parties and at bro-sesh's, not to hardcore. Im rlly good at beer pong to. I longboard, and all my friends come from a variety of towns so we just do w/e depending on were are. (ex. in a super rural town were 3 friends live, we like to ding dong ditch and longboard in ppls yards since its so free then wen the cops come we go into the woods and run. Its fun. But in a more developed town we just walk around town, longboard and chill). thanks guys glad to kno im not like a stereotype i get worried sometimes that im to unoriginal appreciate it ya im not askin cause i wanna be in a clique its the opposite actlly

17 year old male, can i rock a sport coat? (Answers: 8) (Comments: 0)
Hey everyone. So I'm tired of looking exactly like every kid at my high school, its all abercrombie preps, pacsun slobs, ect. I love the way I look in a suit, I want to bring an air of sophistication to my style above the rest of the kids in my school but still in the realm of social norms. I recently bought a sport coat and a bob Marley tee shirt for underneath with a nice pair of jeans. I think I look sweet but I don't know if this is too far from the social norm that I'll more or less be ridiculed relentlessly. Any other tips would be great too. Thanks.
