I love caribbean food and love to try and make it. I need to know whats a good seasoning salt to use for flavoring your salt fish. Sometimes if I go to restaurants to order ackee and salt fish, they have some type of seasoning that they use. Also I know about the tomatoes, onion, garlic and green pepper lol. I just need the brand of seasoning salt that can be used for salt fish and fish. Thanks guys for all your answers I also need to know whats the name of the addidition spices. For example the season packets of bottles like what they have in the stores. Also does it matter what brand of ackee you use in the store because they charge different prices. Is the ackee in the cans all the same?
